Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming a Bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kps4d enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with Indonesian social norms regarding adult entertainment and to align with responsible gaming best practices.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited under laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling under the laws of your location.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by kps4d or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of kps4d or any of its technology providers, game studios, or payment processors, unless written approval has been granted by kps4d's compliance department.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active email address, and mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must notify support at [email protected] immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

kps4d is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests and at any other time determined by our compliance team. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or SIM driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence from an Indonesian authority)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming that the bank account or e-wallet is registered in your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. kps4d reserves the right to close an Account and return the deposited real-money Balance (minus any Bonus Funds) where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kps4d will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our live chat support immediately and change your password without delay.

5.1 Deposits

kps4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported deposit methods and minimum amounts are as follows:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kps4d will reject and return deposits received from third-party accounts. Processing delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are outside kps4d's control; kps4d will not be liable for losses arising from such delays.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single-withdrawal limit for verified Accounts in good standing, although large withdrawals may be subject to additional AML checks which can extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals will only be released once all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and any active Bonus wagering requirements have been met or the Bonus Funds have been forfeited. kps4d targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and 15 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfer withdrawals during standard operating hours (WIB).

5.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions are conducted in IDR. kps4d does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which kps4d accepts no liability. kps4d reserves the right to introduce transaction fees with 14 days' written notice to Members.

From time to time kps4d offers Bonus Funds, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be processed. The applicable wagering requirement for any promotion is displayed prominently on the promotion page before opt-in.
• Eligible Games: Slots contributed 100% toward wagering requirements by default. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and sportsbook wagers with odds of 1.50 or greater contributed 20% by default. Specific game contributions may vary per promotion.
• Minimum Odds (Sportsbook): Sportsbook wagers placed to fulfil bonus wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. Wagers placed below this threshold will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Time Limit: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited, unless the specific promotion states a different period. Unused Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus promotion simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse: kps4d uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance gameplay to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple Accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. kps4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and close Accounts where abuse is detected.

7.1 General Betting

All bets are accepted subject to kps4d's prevailing odds and market availability at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform displays a bet receipt with a unique reference number. It is the Member's responsibility to verify that the bet confirmation matches the intended selection, stake, and odds before the event commences.

7.2 Sportsbook

kps4d's sportsbook covers domestic and international football — including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda national team), EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League — as well as basketball, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Pertamina Enduro Grand Prix at the Mandalika circuit), e-sports, and other markets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are fully supported. Specific rules governing void bets, abandoned matches, walkovers, and in-play settlement are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

7.3 Casino & Live Casino

All RNG-based casino games operate on certified random-number generators. House edges are disclosed in the game-information section of each title. Live casino games (including live baccarat, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and roulette) are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi) as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game, unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Balance.

7.4 Bet Cancellation & Void Bets

kps4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a system or human error (palpable error). The Member will be notified of the void and the stake will be returned to their Balance. kps4d will not void a bet solely because the outcome was unfavourable to the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, hedging strategies, or any form of systematic exploitation of pricing inconsistencies between kps4d and other operators
• Colluding with other players or with kps4d staff to manipulate game outcomes
• Match fixing or having prior knowledge of a fixed result and placing a bet accordingly
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including but not limited to depositing funds, wagering minimally, and withdrawing with the intent to obscure the origin of those funds
• Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or false claims of unauthorised transactions
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Member's Account or to the Platform's backend systems
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Any conduct that kps4d reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its Members, or its reputation

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the kps4d name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kps4d or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, transmitted, or adapted without the prior written permission of kps4d.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to kps4d for display on the Platform. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with their Member Account.

kps4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy, including but not limited to: identity data, contact data, transactional data, technical data (IP address, device identifiers, browser type), and communications data.

kps4d will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or contractual obligation. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection standards.

kps4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) with immediate effect.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications from kps4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kps4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kps4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of business or business opportunity
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyber-attacks, DDoS events, or force majeure circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, and power outages
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications networks
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kps4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kps4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any document incorporated by reference
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any intellectual property right or other rights of any third party
• Any fraud, misrepresentation, or wilful misconduct on your part in connection with your use of the Platform

kps4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, where they affect your rights regarding withdrawals, bonuses, or Account closure — kps4d will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account and by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or the addition of new game-type rules that do not alter existing Member obligations), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kps4d holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

15.2 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of kps4d's service, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. kps4d undertakes to acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and to issue a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

15.3 Arbitration

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints procedure, you may refer the dispute to an independent arbitration body as designated by kps4d's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to review on grounds of procedural irregularity as permitted by applicable arbitration law.

15.4 Jurisdiction

For the avoidance of doubt, by agreeing to these Terms you acknowledge that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and that kps4d does not represent that its services are appropriate or lawful for use in every jurisdiction. Residents of Indonesia who choose to use the Platform do so at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for assessing the legality of online gambling under Indonesian law as it applies to them personally.
